Lucienne Brutus, Executive Director
Lucienne Brutus was born and raised in Haiti. She has a law degree from the Haitian Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences. After a 17-year career at the American Embassy in Haiti, she moved to the United States where she worked for a non-profit organization. She joined PRODEV in 2018 to fulfill her dream of giving back to her country. Her vision is to infuse PRODEV’s child centered pedagogy with the strong moral values and principles imparted by her parents, both educators. She is eager to contribute to the education of Haitian children whom she believes hold Haiti’s future.

Blaise-François Aridou, Education Program Director
Blaise-François Aridou holds a Master in Education from the University of Rennes (France) and a post graduate Degrees from the Catholic University of Uruguay and Côte d’Ivoire. He is currently working at PRODEV as Education Program Director where he is in charge of supervising the implementation and monitoring of projects and leading training sessions for pedagogical supervisors and teachers from the PRODEV's network.

Christophia Jospitre, Director of Finance
Christophia Jospitre holds a Degree in Accounting from the University of Haiti and a Master Degree from the Syracuse University of New York. She joined PRODEV in January 2013 as the Financial Director.

Joanne Joseph, Liaison Officer/Director of Administration and Human Resources, a.i.
Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Studies and a Minor in International Studies from St. John’s University in New York. In 2010, she also received two Associate of Science degrees in Agricultural Business and Agricultural Sales and Services from Modesto Junior College, Modesto California. Prior to joining PRODEV she worked for FONKOZE (Fondasyon Kole Zepòl), one of the largest micro-finance institutions in Haiti.
